My review of shedding extra pounds in time for the warm weather. Now a days there are so many diets, pills and products out there and it is confusing to most people as to which one will work for you. They all seem to promise to guarantee weight loss and results within a certain period of time. Many of us struggle today with being over weight and having health problems. We have also tried many programs that did not bring the promised results and lost a lot of money figuring that out. The only way to shed those extra pound and stick to it is to be committed to the plan itself. Ask yourself these questions: Is the plan realistic, can I actually follow this plan, Am I able to make these meals that is required of me to have success on this plan, Am I physically capable of doing that exercise routine. These questions are a good start to finding the best plan of action. You should make a list of what you truly want in a diet and exercise routine and what you are capable of physically doing. Then you can chose the one that will work for you.

Redefining the Feminine Physique
A few words about redefining the feminine physique. The word "redefining" means a process in which one recreates something or someone; to change what already exsists into something more pleasing or suitable. "Feminine", a word commonly used today as a description or a characteristic specifically unique to the female gender and you add "physique" to the mix and that simply means the form, size and development of a persons body. So in a nut shell we have the process of changing your body for women. As we all know life isn't to kind to us women when it comes to our bodies. We were born one way and our bodies seem to get more abuse that men with the constant emotional rollercoaster ride of life. You grew up and got married and had children and have changed your body dramatically. Suddenly you are not the same size that you used to be. You now have trouble zones that you can't seem to get rid of and the cellulite has come to stay.
